It has five units under its jurisdiction: fiberglass boat manufacturing company, Fushan Shipyard, Fuhai Shipyard, Minhai Shipyard, and Minhai Shipyard. It covers a total area of over 300 acres and has a 10000 ton shipyard and multiple 10000 ton shipyards. Capable of manufacturing 20000 tons and repairing various types of steel ships below 20000 tons, and able to develop, design, and manufacture various types of fiberglass boats.
